Regular Training Sessions

Regular Training Sessions anywhere from 2-4 times a week is the best way to ensure your goals are reached. These scheduled appointments keep you accountable not only to your exercise plan, but also to the diet and lifestyle portion as constant support and ongoing strategies are provided to help overcome any obstacles.
At CHI Training Studio, your session are all performed in a private setting with no wait periods. They begin with myofascial releases and dynamic warm ups and then shifts to functional exercises performed with our top of the line equipment, ensuring that working with a personal trainer will get you the most results out of your exercise time.

At Home Program

The At Home Program provides private instruction time for technique of each movement of your program, ensuring proper form, breath and tempo are understood and easily repeated. This customized plan takes into account what equipment you have access to whether from at home or with a gym membership.
