Our Services | Nutrition and Lifestyle

We are unhealthier, more overweight and digestively diseased now than at any other recorded time in history. People are struggling to make proper choices towards their diet and lifestyle as available information is overwhelming, contradictive and confusing. There are thousands of diet and health books, research articles and experts all expressing different opinions, claiming their way will yield the best results for everyone. The simple fact is that there is no cookie cutter, one size fits all plan.

As part of your Personal Training Package service or as a separate Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Package, CHI Training Studio will assess your Metabolic Type and your Visceral Systems to help you reach your goal in the safest, most efficient manner possible.

We use Metabolic Typing because just like your fingerprint, we have a unique biochemistry that has a specific nutrient requirement. When we eat out of context with our specific nutritional requirements, we do not function optimally and our body responds accordingly with weight gain, low energy, muscle aches and pains, etc. The answer lies within us, yet most of us do not know how to listen to our bodies anymore. Our coaches will help translate the message from your body and get you in tune with your optimum metabolism.

Our body is a system of systems and nothing happens in isolation. As such, we incorporate a visceral system assessment, screening the health of your organs, hormones and glands. This system is often overlooked by many in the fitness industry. However, a stressed or dysfunctional visceral system can cause many issues in the body such as negatively impact your metabolism and overall energy production, referral pain, inhibit or turn off muscles that are innervated at the same level , to name just a few. We can only be as healthy on the outside as we are on the inside. Our coaches will identify any issues and provide simple alternative strategies to help the body return to optimal working conditions.
